Another long over due update, I decided to drop the Sauerbraten project because it was too unoriginal. I was trying to install Star Wars Galaxies Emu on Fedora when I thought, "I should make an MMORPG with this style of skill system, just with an original setting." So, I went forth designing an MMORPG set in medieval times, with a skill system very similar to Star Wars Galaxies Pre-NGE system, and after I got a little ways in I figured that it would be pointless to create yet another 2D MMORPG, as such I would not create a MMORPG unless I can do it in 3D, which I can't. Not wanting to destroy the designs or give up on the project's goal entirely, creating an MMORPG with a SWG Pre-NGE styled skill system, I decided to just drop the MO out of MMORPG. I didn't miss an M, I want the game to become a Massive Role Playing Game, like The Elder Scrolls: Arena or Daggerfall in terms of scope. I know, I dropped an RPG project not too long ago. However, my heart is in this one, at least I think anyways.

I have a story I'm going to start writing soon and if I get it done and I like the story then I'll add section for stories so that the second story can give the first one company.

Oh yeah, I also got a job. Which is partly why it has been a while since the last update.

A long over due update, but I was unavailable for a week. I decided to drop the RPG, I realized my heart just wasn't into it so I started a project where it was. I'm working on a Sauerbraten modification that focuses on the single player aspect of the game. As of right now, I have the weapons and monsters code modified (health, damage, etc.), and I have only replaced a few models. I am planning a single player campaign as well. The mod will not require Sauerbraten, as I plan to release the edited game along with all the original game files that can be redistributed.

I converted the web site's markup to XHTML and made sure it was error free as possible using W3C's validator.

Yay, everything is operational once more. I changed the theme up some, the old one was rather boring. This site is still has parts under construction, pretty much the projects page, it has a lack of information on my current project.
